Man vows never to watch NTA over presenters' dress code

A dedicated watcher of NTA has vowed to go on a one man protest if their presenters and newscasters refuse to go back to wearing native attires.

A Nigerian man, Alhaji Asimiyu Sunny Sobowale, is not happy with the management of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), over what he terms the disdainful dress code of newscasters and presenters of Africa's largest network
Sobowale who took his complaints to the management of the station, said he is not happy that their presenters have discarded their Africanness in the way they dress and instead embrace the foreign culture and English wears.
Sobowale believes that Nigerian attires present a better picture of the station since it is projecting Africa's image.
He further said that he gets pissed off and immediately tunes to other stations anytime he see NTA newscasters in foreign clothes.
Hear him:
"I am not happy about NTA mgt on their new policy making all newscasters and presenters to wear only English dress instead of our own Nigerian attires which we are known with since the 70's and 80's.
Please can you please see to this meanwhile I refuse to watch NTA news unless the policy is changed. For the past 1 month now as soon as I turned news on and I see the newscaster in foreign dress I immediately switch it over to other channel."
Who is in support of Alhaji Sobowale on this campaign?
