Image result for pdpA chieftain of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Leonard Olamilekan Shogunle, fondly called Oracle Man has said the behavior exhibited by former President Olusegun Obasanjo was not befitting of a retired general.

Shogunle, whose recent sojourn to China, Pakistan and India earned him the name Oracle Man condemned Obasanjo for his stance against the re-election of President Goodluck Jonathan..
Speaking in an interview with Saturday Independent, the PDP Chieftain said there was need to call the former president to order.
He said: “Obasanjo is beginning to lose the respect of a statesman. I can’t imagine a former President descending so low as to behave like an underage in the public. There is need to call him to order.
“I was also in the military. I retired as a captain. The behaviour Obasanjo exhibited was not befitting of a retired general. As an elder, in Yorubaland, I am ashamed of him. I am 69 years, what else am I looking for that will make me wash my dirty linen in the public?
“He should have chosen to quit the party in a more dignified manner rather than tearing his membership card of the PDP in the public. In any case, he is not God and he cannot stop Jonathan. PDP and Nigeria are greater than anybody. Let the former President behave like an elder.”
Shogunle maintained that Jonathan was the best choice for the country in the upcoming elections and therefore deserved a second chance.
He therefore urged Nigerians not to give in to the blackmail of the All Progressives Congress (APC), saying they have nothing to offer.
General Muhammadu Buhari is a serial loser, he will loose again.
“This year’s election should unite us as a people rather than divide us. I want Nigerians to know that election will come and go, however, the electorate must open their eyes and vote for PDP instead of APC that is full of deceit,” he stated.
Shogunle, whose sojourn to China, Pakistan and India earned him the appellation Oracle Man when he consulted oracles in those countries and claimed he was told that Jonathan would win 28 states during this year’s
Shogunle had embarked on a spiritual journey to Pakistan, Indian and China to consult an oracle. On his return, he had claimed the oracle predicted victory for President Goodluck Jonathan in 28 of the 36 states in the country.
