It’s no longer news that Nigerian pop queen and Mavin first lady, Tiwa
Savage is pregnant and expecting her first child with her hubby, Tunji
Balogun better known as Tee Billz.
The sexy Pop star officially announced her pregnancy to the world on
January 1, 2015, which means she’s gradually approaching her second
trimester which explains the drastic reduction in her public appearances
as observed in the last few weeks. Her last known public appearance was
on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 when she stepped out with her hubby to
attend 2face Idibia’s Industry Nite session in Lagos.
Since then, Tiwa Savage has pretty much been on maternity leave, and
today, Thursday March 5, 2015 officially makes it 100 days since she
last released a song/video of her own. Tiwa’s last official personal
project is the music video for her song, ‘My Darling‘ which dropped on
November 25, 2014. The video now boasts over 1.3m views on YouTube.
Without being active by releasing a song or video for 100 days, Tiwa
Savage still stands tall as Nigeria’s leading Pop diva because she’s
been consistent in the Nigerian music space with videos and songs of her
collaborations keeping her firmly in the buzz of events and relevant in
 the minds of music lovers.
In total, she’s been involved in 6 released collabos since December 2014
till date. She featured on Sean Tizzle’s ‘Igi Orombo’ as well as the
song, ‘Alive’ by Bracket featuring Diamond Platnumz. Other songs she has
featured and which have ben released so far are Skuki’s ‘Gbemileke’
Kiss Daniel’s ‘Woju’ remix with Davido, Óyari’ by Dr Sid and Isaac
Gerald’s ‘Just in case’....
