Davido faces criticism for leaving Nigeria a day before election

Top Nigerian pop star is under
attack on social media for leaving
Nigeria a day before Nigeria's
major presidential elections on
March 28, 2015.
Davido who took to his
Instagram page to show that he
and his HKN crew are flying
private jet to Kenya where he will
be performing tomorrow came
under scrutiny based on the fact
that we will not be voting
tomorrow.
Here are some of the comments:
"Safe trip luv,u ontop of d world

"Fuck boy... U don collect money
from both parties"
"Sigh... You lot are out here again
spilling so much hate and
hypocrisy. It's a personal
decision to vote. A right but not a
must. Maybe he doesn't want to
cast a vote between a failed
president and a former dictator.
Maybe he knows something you
all don't. Young man is just trying
to live the life that can end
anytime. Snatched away in a
heartbeat . Let a young nigga be
(ignorant if he chooses). Peace
love and cool vibes"
" Davido as a citizen of Nigeria
you have to vote to avoid
complain"
"Why are Nigerians worked up
yet you we all know elections
was postponed? Lack of
planning on your part doesn't
mean panick on Davido's part.
I'm sure this show was planned
way before the. elections was
pushed. And I already have a
ticket so welcome Davido."
"Election is for 2weeks davido is
coming home to vote beside do
you know how many Nigerians
living abroad Nigerians living
abroad why can't you call them
home to vote heaviness and hate
won't kill some people davido
Keep flying higher above your
haters. Safe trip one love"
"Is he going to kenya when

"can govt pay him the amount of
money he is getting a month for

criticism when they were set to
perform in London on February
14, 2015, which was the initial
date for the general elcections
until it was moved ot March 28,
